Thanks to the Chapman Perelman Foundation, Columbia College announced a series of new courses, “Food: An Interdisciplinary Perspective,” to provide students with a holistic understanding of food in the 21st century. This collaboration between E3B, College of Physicians & Surgeons and the Mailman School of Public Health, was created considering the increasing role modern food systems play in today’s world.
