A yearlong seminar focusing on the scientific, regulatory, and political (policy) context of climate change in the Andean Region. The seminar will take advantage of the technical-scientific information and socio-political initiatives that have emerged before, during and after the Kyoto Protocol.

Enrollment limited to 20 students. Students must commit to both semesters.
