Congratulations Eleanor Sterling on your receipt of two awards this month!!! Yale University has awarded Prof Sterling with the prestigious Wilbur Cross Medal. Prof. Sterling was also awarded the Meritorious Research Award from the IUCN Commission on Environmental, Economic & Social Policy earlier in September. This recognizes “outstanding and inspirational research over a career specializing in the importance of inter-disciplinary collaboration, bridging science and social science, research and practice in the pursuit of beneficial, equitable and just forms of biodiversity conservation”
