My research involves the optimization of phytochemical extraction (specifically alkaloids and polyphenols) from pyrolyzed seed endosperm using both comminution and pressurized hydraulic systems, with a secondary interest in the relative effects of aeration, targeted thermal input, and infusion of a bovine-based lipid-protein colloidal reagent.
